The idea is to map everything that's classic in America: brands with heritage and tradition; bars and restaurants that have been around forever; businesses that still do things the old way, sticking two fingers up to global supply chains and pressure to be cheap and fast. The aim is to create new travel, shopping and entertainment experiences around these old businesses and give them a new lease of life. Work in progress with Jeffery Plansker at Pocket Studio.
